Caulfield North homes
Caulfield North is known for substantial Federation, Edwardian and interwar houses, many on generous blocks with gardens, driveways and garages. Along the main roads you will also find 1960s flats and newer apartment buildings. The larger homes often carry decades of additions: pool equipment, garden lighting, outbuildings and extensions, all hanging off a board that may not have kept pace. Long cable runs to garages and back gardens need the right sizing. We plan upgrades with the whole property in mind, from the switchboard to the furthest garden light, and we are happy to work around owners who want minimal disruption in a large family home.

Yes. Long runs need correctly sized cable to avoid voltage drop, and often a small sub-board in the garage. We plan the route, usually underground in conduit, and check that your main board and supply can carry the extra load.
