Toorak homes
Toorak is known for large detached homes on generous blocks. There are substantial Victorian and Edwardian mansions, elegant interwar houses and plenty of modern rebuilds and extensively renovated homes, alongside some apartment buildings near Toorak Road and Orrong Road. Many streets sit under heritage overlays, so we keep visible external work discreet. Larger homes usually mean longer cable runs, multiple sub-boards and a lot of load from pools, spas, air conditioning, home offices and outdoor entertaining areas. Older homes that have been extended several times can end up with a mix of wiring eras, so we test carefully before adding new circuits.
