Our base is right here in South Yarra, so we know its mix of apartment towers, period terraces and tight side streets well. Most jobs here start with finding a park and checking in with building management.
South Yarra homes
Housing here swings from grand Victorian terraces and Italianate villas near Fawkner Park to 1960s and 70s walk-up flats and the newer apartment towers around Chapel Street and Toorak Road. Each brings its own electrical quirks. The period houses often still run on old ceramic fuses or have been extended in stages, so the wiring behind the walls can be a patchwork. The walk-ups usually have small meter panels shared on the ground floor and limited capacity per flat. In the towers, most work means booking lifts, sorting car park access and getting body-corporate sign-off before anything touches common property. We plan for all of that before we arrive, so the job itself runs smoothly.

Excellent communication and always on time! He did more than what I expected and was super efficient along with his colleague! No time wasted and left the place clean and organised before they left!”
