LED downlights and lighting
in Caulfield North.

Houses on generous blocks tend to have layers of lighting added over decades. Outside, there are path lights, wall lights near the front door, perhaps a pool light and garden uplights. Inside, a mix of old pendants and recessed fittings. We start by walking the property and noting what works and what does not. Garden lighting needs weatherproof fittings, a safety switch and cable laid properly in conduit. Inside, Federation and Edwardian ceilings with cornices and ceiling roses often suit pendants better than rows of downlights, while newer extensions are ideal for downlights on dimmers. For the driveway and garage, motion sensor lights add safety. We can also put outdoor lighting on a timer or photocell, so the front path is lit without anyone remembering to flip a switch. Tell us which areas feel dark and we will suggest a plan. Lighting installation in Caulfield North covers the garden as well as the house.
