A house that has been renovated in stages can hide a lot. New kitchens wired off old circuits, extensions joined to original cable, outlets added where it was easy. When something trips or flickers, we trace it circuit by circuit, because the symptom is rarely where the fault is. Near Beaconsfield Parade and Middle Park Beach, salt air also gets into outdoor fittings and meter boxes. We replace corroded parts and reseal what can be resealed.
