Data cabling and TV points

Many bungalows here have the phone line and router at the front of the house. After a rear extension, the new living area sits at the far end, and Wi-Fi gives up somewhere along the hallway. A wired data cable from the front to the back fixes that, and we can add outlets in bedrooms and the study as well. Roof space access is usually good, so most runs are straightforward and need little patching. For TV wall mounting, we choose a bracket suited to the wall type, run the power and cables inside the wall where possible and wire the antenna point. If you are renovating, run cabling before the plaster goes up. We test each run and label the plates so you can find the right outlet later. Outdoor TV points for a verandah can be added too.
