“Select electrical was recommended by my son. Their quoted price was spot on with no hidden extras. Great job and will use them again”

Split system installation (electrical) and ceiling fan installation in Murrumbeena are easier on the larger blocks, but the board and circuit still decide the job.
Murrumbeena 3163
On a block with side access, outdoor units are easy to place away from windows and neighbours. That is good, but the electrical work still has to be right. We run a dedicated circuit from the board, fit an isolator beside the outdoor unit and connect the system once the air conditioning installer has mounted it. Bungalows often have solid roof spaces that suit cable runs and ceiling fans, particularly in rear living areas with high ceilings. A fan with a wall control can cool a room well on mild days, while a split system handles the hot ones. Many older boards have no spare capacity, so we assess the board first and tell you if it has to be upgraded. Townhouses have limited outdoor space, so we plan cable routes carefully. We leave any exposed cable tidy.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main a/c & ceiling fans page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Murrumbeena.
Good work. Happy locals.

“Steve and Jason did an excellent job from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly along the way. Their workmanship was top-notch and they made sure everything was safe, neat, and tidy before leaving. Both of them were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience stress-free.”

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Not necessarily. Fans help on mild days and use little power, while a split system handles heat waves. We wire either or both on suitable circuits, and check your board can take the load before we start.
