Split system installation in Burwood needs a good circuit behind it. We do the electrical side, covering the dedicated circuit, isolator and connection, and we fit ceiling fans too.

Burwood's brick and weatherboard homes can get hot in a Melbourne summer, and owners reach for a split system. The sticking point is usually the switchboard. A small original board may not have a spare way, or may already be loaded by everything else. We check before you buy, so the installer is not left waiting. The electrical side is simple to describe: a dedicated circuit from the board, a breaker sized to the unit, an isolator near the outdoor unit and the final connection. In townhouses, we plan the route with the outdoor unit placement in mind, since courtyards and shared walls limit the options. A ceiling fan in the bedroom can take the edge off on milder nights, and costs less to run, so many owners add one at the same time. The installer handles refrigerant and mounting.
