Long narrow houses make wifi hard work. A router at the front door may not reach the back extension or the loft. We solve that with data cabling run overhead and under the floors, so a data point lands where you need it, whether that is a study, a loft office or the kitchen. For TV wall mounting, we fix the bracket into studs or masonry, hide the cable and put a powerpoint behind the screen. Many terraces have TV points in odd spots, and we move them where the layout has changed. Antenna feeds in older homes can be damaged, so we test and replace. In shared-wall homes, we keep drilling careful and avoid running cable where neighbours might hear or feel it. Heritage plaster stays intact where we can.
