LED downlights in Albert Park terraces can open up a long, dark hallway or a loft conversion. We plan lighting installation around tight roof spaces and heritage detail.

A narrow terrace has a dark middle. Windows sit at the front and back, so the hall and centre rooms lean on artificial light. LED downlights spaced along the hall, with a dimmer, brighten without crowding. The roof space above is tight and often shared with insulation and old wiring, so we check before we cut anything. Loft conversions bring their own problem, with sloped ceilings where standard downlights do not suit. We use fittings made for angled or insulated ceilings, or switch to wall lights and slim pendants. Pendants over kitchen benches in extended homes make a clean focal point. Out the back, garden lighting in a small courtyard makes it feel usable at night. Heritage overlays mean we keep street-facing lights restrained and in keeping with the facade.
