Solid brick is hard on wireless signals, and a bungalow with an extension at the back can leave the newest rooms with the weakest signal. We run data cable from the modem to rooms that need it, usually via the ceiling cavity and down inside the wall, so the finish is clean. A spare room used for study or remote work benefits most from a wired data point. For living rooms, we mount TVs on the wall, run power and cable inside where we can and add TV and data points together. If you have an older aerial, we can check reception and the cable while we are there. When the house is being renovated, tell us early and we will run cable before the walls close up.
