When a house has two kitchens, a workshop and a pergola full of lights, something will eventually fail. Bulleen owners call us for electrical repairs and electrical maintenance.

Large homes on big blocks have many places for an electrical fault to start: a workshop circuit, a garage freezer, outdoor lighting or a pool pump. In older Bulleen homes, wiring and switches have been working since the 1960s or 1970s, and some are tired. Our fault-finding starts at the board, testing circuits one at a time until we find the one that is misbehaving. Then we follow it to the cause, which could be a damaged cable, a wet junction or a faulty appliance. Common jobs include dead outlets, flickering lights, failed outdoor lights and RCDs that trip without warning. Townhouses in the suburb often share driveway lighting or a meter room, in which case the strata or body corporate may be responsible. We repair what we find and explain it simply. We leave everything tested.
