There is no large commercial centre in Bulleen. The shops sit along Bulleen Road, Manningham Road and Thompsons Road, and Heide Museum of Modern Art draws visitors without making the suburb a business hub. What we see is small: a medical or allied health suite added to a house, a tradie running a business from the workshop, or a small tenancy that needs fresh lighting and power.
