Large houses and apartments need different answers for split system installation (electrical) in Brighton. We run the circuit, isolator and connection, and install ceiling fans.

A large house may want a split system in each main bedroom and living space, which adds up on the supply. We check the switchboard first, and if the load is heavy, we plan a sub-board to share it out. Each split system gets its own circuit, with an isolator mounted near the outdoor unit. Your installer deals with the refrigerant work, and we handle everything electrical. In period homes, cable routes need care, and we often use roof spaces to avoid damaging plaster. For high ceilings, ceiling fan installation needs a proper mounting point and a longer downrod, which we sort on site. Apartments need an owners corporation's agreement for outdoor units, and heritage overlays can limit visible equipment, so ask early.
