Split system installation (electrical) in Caulfield East comes down to the circuit, the isolator and what the building allows. We wire in split systems and ceiling fan installations neatly.
Caulfield East 3145
Apartments here often have a single outdoor space and limited wall room, so positioning matters. We do the electrical side of a split system: a dedicated circuit, an isolator near the outdoor unit and the connection itself. The refrigeration or mounting side is for the air conditioning installer, and we coordinate with them when needed. Before quoting, we check the board has room for another circuit. Many older flats are already tight. In a rented unit, the owner or agent has to approve anything fixed to a wall, and strata rules often control where outdoor units may sit. Where air conditioning is not allowed or practical, a ceiling fan is a quieter option and we can fit one on its own switch. Either way, we tidy the cable runs so the finish looks deliberate.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main a/c & ceiling fans page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Caulfield East.
Good work. Happy locals.

Possibly. The owners corporation usually decides where outdoor units go, so check the rules first. Once you have approval, we install the dedicated circuit and isolator and connect the system. The mounting and gas side is done by an air conditioning installer.
