Commercial electrical
in Caulfield East.

Cafes, small offices and service businesses sit close to the station and the busy roads, and they cannot afford a day with the lights off. We schedule fit-out and maintenance work outside peak trading wherever it can be done. That might mean an early start before the morning rush or an evening after the doors close. Typical jobs include new lighting, powerpoints at counters and workstations, data points and switchboard changes for a new tenant. We read the lease and building rules before we touch anything shared. Landlords, managers and tenants often all have a say, so we keep everyone informed on what is happening and when. When the job is done, we leave the premises clean and the circuits labelled so the next person is not guessing.

What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Caulfield East.
