A commercial electrician in Box Hill gets plenty to do around Station Street, Whitehorse Road and the hospital precinct. We handle shop fit-outs, offices and medical or retail tenancies.
Box Hill 3128
Box Hill is a major commercial centre in Melbourne's east, with shopping around Box Hill Central, offices, a large hospital and a TAFE campus nearby. That means a lot of tenancies changing hands, and each one needs its power, lighting and data reworked for the new occupant. As a commercial electrician, we handle shop fit-out wiring, office electrical, new circuits for equipment, and switchboard changes inside the tenancy. We work with landlords, building managers and your fit-out contractors, and we respect trading hours and building rules. Medical and allied-health rooms bring their own needs for dedicated circuits and clean layouts. We will not claim to take on everything. For large base-building work, a head contractor usually leads, and we can join them for the tenancy side.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Box Hill.
Good work. Happy locals.

“Steve and Jason did an excellent job from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly along the way. Their workmanship was top-notch and they made sure everything was safe, neat, and tidy before leaving. Both of them were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience stress-free.”

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Yes, for the tenancy side: lighting, powerpoints, data, circuits for equipment and board changes. Large centres usually have fit-out guides and approved contractor rules, so check your landlord's requirements first. We can work from your plans or measure up on site.
