Commercial electrical
in Kew East.

Kew East is largely residential, so commercial electrical work here is small and local. Harp Village has a handful of shops and cafes, and High Street carries a few more tenancies. We handle the electrical side when these premises change hands or refresh: lighting, powerpoints, data and board changes. Many local jobs are home-based businesses, such as a consultant working from a converted garage or a studio at the back of the block, which need proper circuits rather than extension leads. We also help landlords check the electrical state of a tenancy before a new occupant moves in. We stick to small tenancies and home businesses, not large commercial builds. We keep cabling tidy, size the switchboard to what the business runs and work out of hours when a shop cannot close. If a job is beyond us, we say so.

What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Kew East.
