The shops, cafes and service businesses around Station Street in Sandringham need practical help from a commercial electrician. We do small tenancy work, lighting and power changes without shutting you down.
Sandringham 3191
Sandringham's village centre is compact. A string of cafes, retail shops and professional suites around Station Street and the station sits among the houses, and most are small tenancies in older buildings. That shapes the work. A cafe adding a coffee machine needs a decent circuit, and a boutique might want new track lighting. A physio or accountant needs data and power at each desk. As a pair of electricians we suit shop fit-out, lighting, power and maintenance, not large construction. Older shopfront wiring is the thing we watch, since extra load on tired circuits causes problems. We can often work after you close, and we label the board clearly so the next tradesperson, or your landlord, knows what is what.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Sandringham.
Good work. Happy locals.

“Steve and Jason did an excellent job from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly along the way. Their workmanship was top-notch and they made sure everything was safe, neat, and tidy before leaving. Both of them were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience stress-free.”

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Yes. Walk us through your plans and we will inspect the board, circuits and earthing, then tell you what it can handle. If it needs an upgrade before the fit-out, it is better to know before the shelving and counters go in.
