Highett is mainly houses and apartments, and the business owners we hear from are mostly small: a retailer on Highett Road, a trades supplier with a workshop, an office suite or a clinic above a shopfront. Our work for them leans towards tenancy upgrades, lighting, extra power for equipment, safety switches and board changes. Smaller projects suit us best, as there are only two of us, and large construction sites do not. If you are taking a new lease, we walk the premises with you first and flag what the electrical supply can handle. When you are open to the public we plan the day carefully, working out the back or after close where we can, and we clear up properly so the floor is ready to trade.
