Data cabling in Balwyn gives big homes a wired network that Wi-Fi alone cannot match, with data points and TV points planned from the start in new builds.
Balwyn 3103
A large two-storey house puts a lot of wall and floor between the router and the back bedroom. Wi-Fi extenders help a bit, but wired data points are the sturdier answer. In a new build or major renovation, we plan data cabling before the walls are lined: a hub in a cupboard or garage, then cables to each study, bedroom, living space and the TV wall. Outdoor areas can also get data or a TV point for the alfresco. In older homes, we feed cable in from above or below. TV wall mounting is a small job we can do in the same visit, concealing the cables in the wall. Balwyn has strong demand for home offices, and a wired point at the desk makes video calls reliable. We label every cable at both ends so the network is easy to manage later.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main data & tv page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Balwyn.
Good work. Happy locals.

“Steve and Jason did an excellent job from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly along the way. Their workmanship was top-notch and they made sure everything was safe, neat, and tidy before leaving. Both of them were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience stress-free.”

Not every room, but more than most people expect. Study, main living, the TV wall, the main bedroom and any spot with a fixed device are good candidates. It is far easier to run cable before lining than to add it later. We help you decide.
