LED downlights in Brighton East are one of the best ways to lift a new build, where the builder's fittings leave rooms flat. We plan lighting installation, pendants and dimmers to suit the spaces.

A new two-storey home usually comes with downlights in a standard grid, which looks tidy on the plan and flat in the room. We rework or add to that layout: warmer, dimmable lights in living areas, task lighting over benches and pendants over the island. Stairwells and upstairs landings are a safety matter as well as style, so we make sure those are evenly lit. For homes still being renovated, we check the ceiling space for cable and insulation before placing fittings. Because double-storey homes have upper floors above the ground-floor ceiling, we plan carefully to avoid joists and bracing. Garden lighting for paths and entertaining areas is the usual finishing touch. We can come in while trades are still on site, or arrive after handover to fine-tune.
