LED downlights and lighting
in Malvern East.

Houses near Central Park span a few eras, and each one lights differently. Edwardian and bungalow ceilings are often plaster with a roof space above, which suits downlight installation if the cut-outs are planned around the joists. Townhouses built after a subdivision usually have a thin, plain design, where dimmers and a couple of pendant lights add warmth the builder left out. Out the back, many properties here have room for garden lighting along a path or around a deck. We talk through what each room is used for first. A study wants cool, clear light. A bedroom wants soft light you can dim. We choose fittings that suit the ceiling, keep them evenly spaced, and don't scatter holes across it. Existing switches are often reused where it makes sense, so the walls stay as they are.
