Old buildings give up their secrets slowly. In Oakleigh, we get called to shopfronts where a circuit trips every time the dishwasher starts, to houses where one room has lost power and to apartment blocks where the stairwell lights are failing. We take a methodical approach, testing circuits one by one until we find the true source of the problem, whether it is a loose connection, a worn cable or an overloaded circuit. For strata and body corporate clients, we write a short note after each visit covering what we found and fixed. Commercial customers can ask for work outside trading hours. If a repair reveals something larger, like deteriorated wiring, we explain it plainly and leave the decision to you. We do not push work you do not need.
