Faults in old cottages often trace back to earlier renovations that were joined to original circuits. We work with strata managers and body corporate committees, give clear written summaries and tag each job to the lot or common area it relates to. For homeowners, fault-finding starts with a proper test, not guesswork. We check circuits, outlets and the board and explain the cause. A maintenance visit before winter is a good idea for cottages with ageing wiring, as heaters add load. We also check smoke alarms and test safety switches on request.
