A single-fronted Richmond cottage has narrow rooms and very little spare wall. We handle powerpoint installation so every outlet lands where the furniture can actually reach it.
Richmond 3121
In a workers' cottage the hallway is a corridor and the living room doubles as a study. Wall space between doors and windows is short, so outlet positions matter more than the number of them. We fit a double powerpoint behind the couch, a USB-C outlet at the bedside, and extra GPOs along the kitchen bench, where the toaster and coffee machine live. The rear extension that most of these houses have often sits on a circuit joined to the old part of the house, so we check how the two are connected. Apartments along Church Street and Victoria Street come with body corporate rules, and we stay within them. In converted warehouses, exposed brick can make concealed cabling impossible, so we plan neat surface conduit or floor boxes instead.

Good work. Happy locals.

“Steve has done a few jobs for me in Richmond including replacing all our downlights with LEDs and swapping out a 3in1 bathroom light. Always does a good job, on time, clean and tidy work. Have referred him to others in our neighborhood”

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Usually, yes. We can run cable in surface-mounted conduit, floor boxes or joinery cavities so the brick stays untouched. We'll walk the space with you, suggest positions and tidy conduit routes before we start. Keeping the brick clean is the whole point of the exercise.
