Powerpoint installation
in Elsternwick.

Federation and Edwardian houses here have generous rooms with a wall every few metres, and often only one outlet in each. After several renovations, a few of them were added unevenly, so one room has plenty and the next has none. We start by walking through with you and marking where you want points. Then we test the existing circuits, because adding outlets to an overloaded circuit does not solve anything. If a circuit is full, we run a new one from the board. Families also ask for outdoor powerpoints in the backyard for lights, mowers and heaters, which need weatherproof covers and safety protection. In the flats around Glen Huntly Road, we work with the strata rules on access. A USB-C outlet at the kitchen bench or beside a bed is a small addition to the visit and makes daily life easier. Extra powerpoints in Elsternwick are often the smallest part of a bigger renovation.

What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main powerpoints page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Elsternwick.
