House rewiring
in Hughesdale.

The interwar brick and weatherboard homes of Hughesdale have been updated in pieces for almost a century. A new kitchen here, an extension there, and meanwhile the original cable still runs some lights in the front rooms. We find fuses beside breakers, joints hidden in the roof, and circuits that were never planned, only added. A rewire replaces all of that with a clean, tested installation, ideally while ceilings and walls are open. If the house is not being renovated, we can stage it. We recommend checking the wiring before the plasterer comes back, since fixing it afterwards means cutting into fresh work. We explain the plan room by room, patch our access holes, and leave a labelled board. Newer homes and townhouses rarely need this, and we say so.
