Split system installation (electrical) in Kew means correctly sized circuits and isolators for big houses, and ceiling fan installation for rooms with serious height. We plan each circuit first.
Kew 3101
Large Kew homes put real demands on cooling. Several split systems, a ducted unit or a mix of both, all drawing from a main board that was designed long before any of it. We handle the electrical side: separate circuits, isolators at each outdoor unit and the hook-up. Your air conditioning installer does mounting and refrigerant. In a big house, we plan circuit capacity across the whole system rather than one unit at a time, so the board is not overloaded when everything runs together. For ceiling fan installation in Kew, tall Victorian and Edwardian ceilings need long downrods and a firm fixing point, and we check the structure above before hanging anything. Big rooms sometimes call for a pair of fans, which we position to move air evenly. We discuss the plan with your installer beforehand so the isolators land where they should.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main a/c & ceiling fans page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Kew.
Good work. Happy locals.

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
It depends on the board and supply. We add up the load of every unit running together, then upgrade the board or add sub-boards if needed. Each system gets its own circuit and isolator. We agree the isolator positions with your installer beforehand.
