Split system and ceiling fan electrical
in Alphington.

Edwardian and Federation houses were built with high ceilings and big rooms, which makes heating and cooling a bigger task. Owners often add a split system to the main living area and another in the master bedroom, plus ceiling fans in the other rooms. Each system needs its own dedicated circuit and isolator, so the board's capacity is the key question. Larger blocks give plenty of space for outdoor units, usually to the side of the house, and the cable route can be straightforward. In townhouses and apartments, outdoor unit positions and cable routes need body corporate approval, so check first. We handle the electrical work and coordinate with your licensed air-conditioning installer for the refrigerant side. For ceiling fan installation, we find the joists, fit a suitable bracket and wire a switch or remote. Everything is tested before we finish.
