Our split system installation in Abbotsford is the electrical side: dedicated circuit, isolator and connection. We also hang ceiling fans, handy in cottages and in warehouse conversions with high ceilings.

High ceilings in converted warehouses make a ceiling fan a sensible way to move air, though the long downrod and the fixing point need thought. Cottages are different. A split system needs its own circuit, and many older boards have no room for one. We assess the board, run the cable to the indoor and outdoor positions, and fit an isolator beside the outdoor unit so it can be shut off safely. In apartments, the outdoor unit's position and cable route often need body corporate approval, so check before you buy. We do the electrical work only. Refrigerant work belongs to a licensed air-conditioning installer, and we're happy to work alongside yours. For ceiling fan installation, we fix to a solid support rather than just the lining, wire in a proper switch or remote receiver, and test for wobble.
