The shopping strip near the station is the centre of local business, and above and beside it are the new apartments. Tenancies change, and each one tends to need a lighting refresh, extra powerpoints at the counter and a board check. Fit-outs are scheduled around your opening hours, not ours. In mixed buildings, shop electrical supply and residential supply can share meter rooms, so we coordinate access with the owners corporation and property manager first. Smaller jobs include LED lighting upgrades, data points for a till or printer and new circuits for coffee machines or display fridges. Each circuit gets a label and the tenancy gets swept before we go. If a project needs a larger specialist contractor, we will say so, and we are happy to handle the electrical part alongside them.
