Commercial electrical
in Fairfield.

Fairfield is a residential suburb first, so commercial work here is modest and local. The strip around Station Street and the shops near Fairfield station are where cafe fit-outs, small retail refreshes and tenancy changes happen. Along Heidelberg Road there are a few more business premises that need lighting, power and safety switches kept in order. We also see home businesses growing out of the spare room or garage, which need proper circuits rather than a power board running off one outlet. For a shop fit-out we plan lighting, powerpoints, data and a switchboard that matches the load. We work around trading hours where we can. If you are a landlord handing a tenancy to someone new, we can check the electrical side before they move in. We are a two-person team, so the scale suits small to medium jobs.

What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Fairfield.
