Oven installation in Fairfield is straightforward when the circuit behind it is sound, and often it is not. We fit wall ovens and freestanding ovens and check the supply first.
Fairfield 3078
A renovated kitchen in an old Fairfield house often gets a handsome new oven wired to a circuit that was last touched when the house was extended in some earlier decade. That is where trouble hides. Before we install, we look at the existing oven circuit, the cable size and the protection at the board. A new wall oven in tall cabinetry needs the connection point positioned behind or beside it, which is much easier to sort before the joinery goes in. A freestanding oven is simpler, but still needs a safe isolating switch and the right circuit rating. We install the oven, test it and show you how to use the controls. We do not repair ovens, so for faults in an appliance itself we will point you back to the manufacturer. Wiring and connection are our side of it.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main ovens page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Fairfield.
Good work. Happy locals.

FAQ

Sometimes. We check the cable size, the condition of the wiring and the protection at the board. If the circuit suits the new oven's rating, we reuse it. If not, we run a new one. We do not repair the oven itself.
