Fitzroy North's shops are mostly small and local, with cafes and services along St Georges Road and Queens Parade. A commercial electrician in Fitzroy North needs to suit tenancies of that scale, and we do.
Fitzroy North 3068
This is not a suburb of office towers. It's a residential area with neighbourhood shopping strips, small cafes, health practices and home-based businesses, and the electrical needs reflect that. A cafe on Queens Parade needs solid power for refrigeration and coffee equipment, and its board may have been sized for a shop that sold something else. A health or beauty room needs good lighting, safe outlets and sometimes extra circuits. A home office or studio that becomes a business may only need a check, a few more outlets and a labelled board. We keep our commercial work practical: fit-out, lighting, power, data and compliance, scaled to what you're running. Heritage overlays cover many of the older buildings, so external changes are kept discreet. Tell us what the space will be used for and we'll plan the electrical to suit.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Fitzroy North.
Good work. Happy locals.

“Arrived within 20 minutes of me calling and explaining that half my property's powerpoints were inactive, promptly worked out and explained the issue to me, and had it completely resolved same day. High quality and clean work, could not be happier!”

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
It may need some changes, depending on what you do there. We'd look at lighting, outlets, safety switches and any equipment, and let you know what's sensible. Check with council about permits for the use, since that's separate from the electrical work.
