Powerpoint installation in Glen Huntly is mostly about flats and Edwardian rooms that were never given enough outlets. We add extra powerpoints, USB-C included, in the places tenants and owners actually need them.

Edwardian and interwar houses often have a single outlet in a room that now holds a TV, a console, a lamp and a desk. The 1960s and 70s flats along Glen Huntly Road are no better, with one double GPO on a wall at best. Landlords usually find that adding outlets is among the quickest ways to make a rental more liveable, and tenants stop running extension leads across the floor. We plan placement with you or the property manager, then install double powerpoints beside beds and sofas, in kitchens and in any study corner. Old plaster and brick make hidden cable runs tricky, so we use roof space and floor voids and mount in conduit where needed. Where a circuit already feels heavy, we add a new one. Before any rental work, we agree scope in writing with the agent.
