Data cabling in Kew East is best planned during a build, but we also retrofit data points and TV points into older brick houses. We plan the cable runs first.

A new Kew East house should leave the builder with data points in every room that needs one, and a central spot where the cables meet. That costs little during construction and a lot more afterwards. Older houses are a different story. Brick veneer lets us run cable through the roof and cavity with limited mess, so retrofitting is quite doable. We add data points in the study and living areas, mount TVs on the wall with hidden cabling and tidy old antenna points. Larger rebuilds often want multiple TV points and strong wi-fi coverage across two storeys, which wired access points help with. We can discuss placement before plasterboard goes up, so you have outlets exactly where the furniture will be. If you already have a router, we plan data runs back to wherever it lives.
