Data cabling and TV points
in Bentleigh.

With work from home becoming normal, many Bentleigh households want a reliable wired connection to the study. Weatherboard houses make cable runs fairly easy, since cavities and roof space are accessible, and brick bungalows take a bit more planning. Townhouses often have a single data point in a corner that no longer suits the layout, and we add more or relocate them. For TVs, we mount the bracket to suit the wall, feed the power and signal leads through the wall when it suits and hook up the antenna. Open-plan living rooms often have the TV on a feature wall, and a recessed outlet behind it keeps things neat. We test each run and label the plates. If you are renovating, do the cabling before plastering goes up.

What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main data & tv page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Bentleigh.
