Split system installation (electrical) and ceiling fan installation in Bentleigh depend on the board, since many bungalows already run ducted heating and a lot more besides.
Bentleigh 3204
A split system adds one more large load to a board that may already be supporting ducted heating, an oven and a dryer. We check the capacity first. If there is room, the plan is a dedicated circuit, an isolator by the outdoor unit and then hooking up the system. The air conditioning installer handles mounting and pipework, and we coordinate with them. In townhouses, outdoor space is limited and neighbours are close, so we plan cable routes and unit position together. Bungalows with decent roof space make cable runs simpler, and ceiling fans work well in rear living areas and bedrooms. Where the board is full, we recommend an upgrade rather than squeeze in another breaker. We tidy the cable runs and weatherproof any outdoor connections.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main a/c & ceiling fans page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Bentleigh.
Good work. Happy locals.

Perhaps, but we check first. We add up the loads, check spare capacity and then add a dedicated circuit if possible. If not, we recommend a board upgrade before installation, so the system does not cause nuisance tripping.
