A renovated Hawthorn East home often has the router near the front door and the new living area two rooms away at the back. Wi-fi fades along the way. We run data cabling from a central point to the study, the family room and any bedrooms that need it, finishing each with a tidy data point. For TV wall mounting, we find the studs, hide the cables inside the wall and add a powerpoint behind the screen, so the whole thing looks clean. Older houses might also have outdated TV points or an antenna feed that no longer matches the room layout. We can add TV points where you want them and check the signal is clean. In the 1960s and 70s flats, we plan runs around shared services and your building's rules before drilling.
