Oven installation

When a Hawthorn East family builds out the back, the oven tends to move. It leaves the old wall and ends up in an island or a tall cabinet, and that means a new connection point. We plan where the supply will emerge so the joinery is built around it, rather than the other way round. An older oven circuit may be fine for a standard oven but too light for a large double wall oven, so we check the cable and the board protection. A freestanding oven replacing an old one is simpler. We confirm the circuit and the isolating switch are sound, connect it and test. Repairs to the appliance itself sit with the manufacturer, not us. For flats near the main roads, we check the circuit shared with other loads in the unit.
