In a house where some rooms have original cable and others have newer circuits, a fault can be hard to pin down. We replace what is worn and leave the rest. The flat blocks need maintenance too, with stairwell lights, common power and shared boards that fall to the body corporate. We work with strata managers and leave written notes. We can also check safety switches and smoke alarms during a visit. Fixing small faults early tends to prevent bigger ones, especially when old wiring is involved.
