When a weatherboard kitchen is renovated, the oven often moves. The old oven circuit might end up behind the wrong cupboard or run through a wall that is now gone. We reposition or replace it so the new oven sits where the joinery wants it. A wall oven must slot into its cabinet with room for the supply cable, and a freestanding oven needs a connection point within reach. We confirm the rating of your new oven, check that the breaker and cable suit it and install a neat connection. If the old cable is cloth-covered or brittle, we replace the run instead of reusing it. We install ovens and do not repair them, so for a faulty appliance call the manufacturer. After connecting we run the oven to check it draws power correctly and leave the kitchen clean.
