Powerpoint installation in Chadstone usually starts with one complaint: a 1950s brick veneer with a single outlet per room and a tangle of double adapters. We add the extra powerpoints that make the house work.
Chadstone 3148
Count the outlets in a typical Chadstone original and you will often land on one or two per room. That was fine when the biggest load was a radio. Now there are phone chargers, a desk, a TV and a heater all fighting for the same spot. We run new cable from the board, cut in extra powerpoints exactly where you stand the furniture, and swap tired single outlets for a double powerpoint or one with a USB-C outlet. Brick veneer walls and weatherboard behave differently, so we choose the cabling route to suit the house and keep patching to a minimum. Townhouse pairs built on old Chadstone blocks have the opposite problem. They tend to be finished with the bare minimum, so a few extra GPOs in the lounge and bedrooms make a real difference. Tell us how you live and we will mark the positions with you before any drilling starts.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main powerpoints page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Chadstone.
Good work. Happy locals.

“Steven provided a good and accurate quote over the phone and the job came in on price. Contacted about arrival time the night before and showed up when expected. The outdoor power point was installed within 20 minutes and the job was finished and cleaned well. Nice to deal with and enjoyed our dog coming by to check out what was going on.”

“Select electrical was recommended by my son. Their quoted price was spot on with no hidden extras. Great job and will use them again”

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Usually, yes. We work through the roof space, under the floor or along existing cable paths, so most walls only need a small neat cut at the outlet position. Some rooms are trickier than others, and we will tell you on the day how we plan to get cable to each spot.
