Brick veneers and workshops in Moorabbin get hot, and a split system helps. We handle split system installation (electrical), and fit ceiling fans where they suit.
Moorabbin 3189
Moorabbin's brick veneer houses hold on to afternoon heat, and the roof spaces above them are often low. That affects cable runs and fan positions. For a split system installation, we do the electrical work: a circuit that serves only the unit, an isolator mounted near the outdoor unit and the final connection. The unit itself is fitted by your air conditioning installer, and we coordinate. In small offices and workshops, where multiple units may be needed, we check the board can handle the total load. Older boards often lack a spare way, so a small upgrade may come first. Ceiling fans suit bedrooms and workshops well, though we check that the ceiling can support the weight and that the switch suits the fan.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main a/c & ceiling fans page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Moorabbin.
Good work. Happy locals.

We would check the board and the circuit that serves the room. A split system must run on a protected circuit, and workshop boards are often busy. If there is spare capacity we add one, and if not we recommend an upgrade.
