Compact homes and heat-holding rear extensions make air conditioning appealing in Burnley. We do the wiring for split system installation and ceiling fan installation, with period details in mind.
Burnley 3121
Your air conditioning installer chooses the unit and its position. We install the dedicated circuit, an isolator beside the outdoor unit and the connection to the indoor head. Where the lot is narrow, the outdoor unit may need to go in a side passage or on a bracket, and the cable route needs planning around windows and neighbours. Cottage boards are often full, so we check capacity at the start. Heritage-sensitive streets mean exterior units should be hidden from the road wherever possible. Ceiling fans can be a good alternative or addition in rooms with decent height, and some period ceilings need a reinforced fixing before they can carry one. We assess what's above the plaster before we commit, and choose a fan style that suits the room.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main a/c & ceiling fans page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Burnley.
Good work. Happy locals.

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Not if the outdoor unit is placed at the rear or side. We run the cable neatly and keep it out of sight. Your installer picks the spot, and we connect from there. Check overlay rules with council first.
