Glass, brick and low-set rooms can make a Cremorne office hot by midday. We wire split system installation jobs, and handle ceiling fan installation where there's height.
Cremorne 3121
A studio with big windows and a lot of equipment heats up quickly, and a split system or two keeps it workable. Your air conditioning installer chooses and mounts the units. We run the dedicated circuit, fit the isolator at the outdoor unit and make the final connection. In multi-tenancy buildings, outdoor unit locations and cable routes need the landlord's approval, so it's worth checking early. Offices with several rooms may need multiple circuits, which can mean a board upgrade. Warehouse conversions with high ceilings are good candidates for ceiling fans, which move air through tall spaces. We fit them to a properly rated mount and wire a wall control. In the cottages, the usual issue is board space and the position of the outdoor unit on a narrow lot.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main a/c & ceiling fans page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Cremorne.
Good work. Happy locals.

Usually the landlord or the body corporate, depending on who owns the roof, wall or common area. Ask them before you buy. Once approved, we install the circuit, isolator and connection for your installer. Get that in writing before ordering equipment.
