Brick veneer houses soak up heat in summer, and Hampton East owners are often adding a split system to the living room or main bedroom. We do the electrical side of that job: a circuit of its own from the board, an isolator outside next to the outdoor unit, and the final connection. Your installer handles refrigerant and mounting, and we coordinate so neither of us is waiting on the other. In townhouses, the biggest question is where the outdoor unit goes and how far cable has to travel, so we plan this with you early. Where the board is full, we may add a breaker or upgrade the board first. Ceiling fans are simpler, though old ceilings sometimes need a proper brace, and we check the switch can handle a fan speed controller.
