Moorabbin homes
Residential Moorabbin is mostly post-war brick veneer and weatherboard homes, with a fair number of units and townhouses on split blocks. Around the Nepean Highway and South Road there are commercial and light industrial premises, from offices to small workshops. Homes here commonly need switchboard upgrades and more powerpoints, especially where the original 1950s and 1960s wiring is still doing the job. On the commercial side, small businesses need lighting, power and maintenance done with minimal disruption to trading. We are a two-person team, so we suit smaller fit-outs, repairs and upgrades rather than big construction projects, and we can usually work around your opening hours.
