Commercial electrical
in South Yarra.

Chapel Street and Toorak Road are lined with cafes, boutiques, salons and small offices, and many sit in older buildings with tired wiring behind the shopfront. A shop fit-out here often starts with a basic question: does the tenancy have the supply for new lighting, a coffee machine, a display fridge and a card terminal? We check the switchboard and circuits against your plan before work starts. For office electrical work, we look at data points, power for desks and sensible lighting levels. We keep noise and mess away from trading customers as much as we can, and plan the work with you around opening hours. If your landlord or building manager needs to approve changes, we will give you clear documentation. Behind the shopfront, we also look at exit lighting and safety switches. Tell us about your space and we will tell you what it needs as your commercial electrician.

What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician South Yarra.
